Backyard Garlic is 100% garlic. That’s all, just garlic.

Backyard Garlic grinder jars and refill bags are filled with garlic grown in New Hampshire and Maine by us and our partner farmers. We dehydrate the garlic one small batch at a time in our own dehydration facility. Backyard Garlic is 100% garlic inside the jar but how it got there is 82% work, 48% making and correcting mistakes, 65% fun, and 39% long hours of 110% friendship and gratitude from two middle aged optimists with a pungent love for what we do.

We sell our garlic in glass spice jars with attached grinder lid (think, pepper mill) and in refill bags (never run out of garlic!) That's it. That's what we do.
