Backyard Garlic is grown and processed in New Hampshire. We dehydrate our garlic in small batches to preserve the crisp, robust, and welcoming flavors. We plant, nurture, harvest, cure, crack, peel, chop, dehydrate and jar our Backyard Garlic ourselves. Our product is made from food we love - and we are happy to share with you.

Backyard Garlic has our very own dehydration facility! Now we can process even more delicious garlic. In addition to our own hardneck garlic we now purchase garlic from New Hampshire and southern Maine garlic farmers whose techniques and philosophies are similar to our own.
